From his own childhood at Jewish summer camp, to his involvement as a teen leader in the B'nai B'rith Youth Organization, to serving as staff and faculty at Jewish day camps, weekend retreats, and college outreach programs, Rabbi Litwak has dedicated his life to ensuring a strong Jewish future for the next generation.
NFTY-STR Regional Rabbinic Dean
In a volunteer capacity, Rabbi Litwak mentors, supports, and educates the regional teen board and local youth advisors for the North American Federation of Temple Youth - Southern Tropical Region.
Innovative Youth Programming
To address the changing needs and culture of today's youth, Rabbi Litwak has supported and encouraged new programming such as cu@shabbat, High Holy Day programming, and Torah to Go
Early Learners and their Families
Over the past few years, Rabbi Litwak has supported the reinvigoration and rebranding of Gan Sinai - Temple Sinai's
Early Childhood Education program which has resulted in 65% growth in enrollment.
